Temporary 1-day Liquor License for Town Park/Pavilion
The Town of Sunderland has a separate policy, checklist and application for temporary use of any alcohol use on town property. This includes the Town Park & Pavilion. Renters interested in having any alcohol on the property must follow the checklist and submit the completed application to the Town Hall. These documents and fees are separate from the actual rental of Town Park.
The Commonwealth of Massachusetts has requirements/limitations on all municipalities for alcohol service on town owned properties. Below is the correct link for the state alcohol distributors where licensees must purchase alcohol from.
Alcohol Licensees must obtain alcohol from a permitted distributor and NOT purchase at a store. Link is below.
